Cancellation And Refund Policy

  • 1) Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 6 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 6hr delivery window starts. Cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched.
  • 2) Cancellation of order can be done through the website by going to the My Orders page or you can simply call us at +91 99540 27778 or mail us at
  • 3) Refund will be initiated only if we fail to deliver the cakes on the decided time slot.
  • 4) Refund will not be initiated if the product complaints arises after 12 hours of delivery.
  • 5) Customers ordering in standard deliveries may have to bear a delivery charge on 1 pound cakes.
  • 6) Customers are requested to check the cake at the time of delivery for any damages in front of the delivery executive, if any damage happens a new cake would be provided within 90 minutes.
  • 7) Refund will not be initiated if the customer is not present at home at the time of delivery and cake would be brought back to the factory. Further will be discussed over phone and the customer may have to come personally to collect it.
  • 8) Every chef has a unique way of working and so the designs might vary from the picture. And so refund will not be initiated.
  • 9) In case of online payments refunds may take time of 2-3 working days.
